Hello, dear reader! I'm a creative and silly teacher and early childhood educator. I'm also afraid to sing in front of anyone ever. I don't even sing in my shower because I'm sure my house mates would say I'd lost my marbles. Or I *was* afraid, until I discovered a place where no grown up people can usually hear me: the toddler bathroom area at my work. Hey, the kids don't seem to mind. To celebrate this freeing new discovery, I'm sharing some favourite songs we sing with our toddlers (and a few rhymes they love too). I hope you find these helpful in your teaching and you're not afraid to belt them out. You'll have a giggle while nurturing kids' early communication skills and the kids'll have a blast.
